Francesco Fini and Marcel Ramsperger become new members of the management representing Sales and Technology.  Business Unit structure migrates into a customer-centric, agile and functional structure.

Out of his new role as the group's Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Francesco Fini will lead the global sales activities. Together with his team, he will further improve the marketing and implement our ambitious growth strategy. Up to now Francesco successfully led the development of the business unit PET at Seitz. "I am very happy that we could thrill Francesco for this new position. He is a well-known and respected sales leader and I am very much looking forward to working with him even more closely", said Fabian Seitz, CEO of the Seitz Group.


With Marcel Ramsperger, formerly Head of Central Engineering, Technology gets its place on management level. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Marcel will primarily focus on better aligning the product development process with customers' needs. Fabian Seitz comments: "We want our customers to feel enthusiastic when collaborating with us. Both Marcel and Francesco take their next career steps within Seitz – this is how we link our transformation process with continuity".

A newly formed function "Strategic Marketing" under direct leadership of Fabian Seitz completes the changes on management level. This function will build up better understanding of markets and take leadership for strategic projects.

As in the past, Thomas Girelli acts as COO leading the entire operations at Seitz Group. Jochen Christoph remains CFO & Head of Corporate Development.

In his closing remark, Fabian Seitz underlines the need for change: "The world is in constant change. As family-owned business we need to face this challenge with courage and passion. I am sure that the new management team will successfully implement the change. I am very much looking forward to working closely with my colleagues in the management team."
